Syria News: Thick smoke rises over Homs after pipeline blast

More Syrian news:

An explosion has reportedly hit a crude oil pipeline feeding the embattled Syrian city of Homs, with a huge plume of thick black smoke seen rising above the city's skyline.

According to the Local Coordination Committees of Syria, an opposition activist group, government war planes flew over Homs and blew up an oil pipeline.

But Syrian state-run TV blamed a "terrorist group" for the assault.

Whoever did it, needs to stop. This shooting and killing is wrong. They need to put their guns and weapons down and listen to what people want: PEACE, FREEDOM.
